Sure about the senate but the house, plan b was a million dollars. that was the threshold and boehner didn't have enough support in his own conference to bring the bill to the floor. is there any reason to think the republicans would go with a lower threshold? >> no. i wouldn't think so. it's almost an entirely symbolic issue. you're not going to raise much revenue by targeting these small groups of people. you can take the top two but you still won't close the deficit doing it for the 250 and up will just reduce the deficit by 10 or 12%. so it's a question at this point of what sort of hollow...
