Vote on on thursday would really change the way this committee does their work, at least as it relates to the impeachment inquiry into president trump. it would allow staff members, the real subject matter experts to interview witnesses, it would allow the committee to look at classified material in closed session. what they re doing is they re looking at how this committee did the impeachment investigation inquiry into former president richard nixon back in 1974 and they re coming up with procedures that run parallel to that. and they re also broadening the scope of the investigation. so this isn t just about the findings of the mueller investigation. they re also looking into hush money payments, the president dangling pardons to people running afoul of the wall. they re trying to paint a complete picture that they see of president trump s corruption. hate to cut you guys off. we need to get to the white house right now. president trump honoring those six police officers from dayto ....
