KSRTC conductor held guilty of sexually harassing a minor girl. The convicted is Daval Sab from Bagalkot. He was sentenced to one year of simple imprisonment and a penalty of Rs 5,000 under IPC section 509. Under Section 12 of Pocso Act, he was sentenced to two years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000. The judge also ordered the district legal services authority to pay compensation of Rs 10,000 to the minor girl.
