Protests erupted in Minneapolis following the deadly shooting of a Black man during a traffic stop on Sunday. Siouxland Public Media reached out to Ike Rayford, the president of the Sioux City chapter of the NAACP, to hear his opinion on this developing story. He talks with Sheila Brummer.
