A Portola Valley resident s threatened lawsuit against the Town Council and Planning Commission if they don t rescind their votes approving environmental studies for the town s housing and safety plan, has been delayed again.
With under a week until the deadline for a compliant housing element, and facing possible fines and other repercussions, the Portola Valley town staff announced they won t submit the plan to the state next week.
