A woman has branded Sandown Town Council 'heartless' after being told to remove flowers from a seafront memorial plaque. Natalie Gray and her family had been placing flowers at the site for four years since Dave Gray's passing on January 19, 2017. This year for the first time they received a letter from a member of the Council informing them that they had to remove the flowers or face a fine.
