A healthcare communications agency in Leeds has been acquired by a Tokyo-based group. ONEHealth Communications provides media and content services to one of the largest UK healthcare professional (HCPs) communities of more than 150,000 people via GDPR compliant marketing channels. It has been acquired by Tokyo headquartered global healthcare company M3 Medical Holdings for an undisclosed sum.
