SEATTLE — Sabey Data Center Properties announced last month that it had secured a $150 million equity stake from Manulife Investment Management, an affiliate of John Hancock Life Insurance, of Boston. Dave Sabey said in a statement, “We are pleased to welcome Manulife Investment Management as a new strategic partner. Demand for digital capacity will continue to increase, and Sabey Data Centers is dedicated to meeting that demand.”
