Herald Democrat A Denison pastor, who was indicted about nine months ago on child exploration charges, has entered into a plea agreement with U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Texas court records show. The plea agreement and indictment David Alan Pettigrew, who was the pastor at Denison's Church of the Nazarene, entered into in April has remained sealed. Pettigrew's records show he is represented in the case by Federal Public Defender Frank Warren Henderson who did not immediately respond to an email seeking a comment on the plea.
