The latest fix is a big one, the president says insurers can reinstate the millions of policies they cancelled, but they are not forced to do so. New customers will not be able to sign up for the plans. All this comes as the house vote is scheduled tomorrow on a republicanbacked bill allowing insurers to sell existing plans for everyone.
