Unfortunately, covid cancellations were the story of this week, and of the season. We finish with a 5-0 Iowa and a 6-0 Penn State who did not get to wrestle because of the coronavirus, and we had three duals cancelled this week, including both of the scheduled duals for the Hawkeyes. Aaron Brooks Is A Stud After becoming the first freshman in Penn State wrestling history to win the Big Ten tournament last season, the expectations were high for 184-pounder Aaron Brooks heading into the year. For the Nittany Lions to be competitive in a loaded Big Ten conference, Brooks will be key for winning big matches. During Saturday’s tri-meet, Brooks did just that.
