so, it's world tb work and i did miss the beginning of your talk so i apologize if you mentioned it, but clearly we're not going to address some of the mortality levels without addressing and building up better tb treatment programs, as well as prevention and i see a lot of tb friends in the audience, too, so i imagine we'll all have a few questions for you, but if you could speak to that a little bit. we are incredibly disappointed with the lack of funding and cdc's played a huge role in the international rollout mdr-tb treatment. love to hear more about that. >> thank you. up front...
