Slyce is merging with Austria-based Humai to form a new part recognition tech company
The companies — including Spain-based Catchoom, which Center City's Slyce quietly acquired this year — have a combined 90 employees and offices in Vienna, Austria, Philadelphia, Barcelona and New Waterford, Nova Scotia.
