Beloit man arrested following high speed chase

BELOIT, Wis. A Beloit man wanted on several felony and misdemeanor charges was arrested Tuesday after a high speed chase.
Rock County deputies and City of Beloit police received information just before noon that 26-year-old David Quinones was at a home on the 900 block of 10th Street.
The release said Quinones left the residence and got into his car before authorities arrived. He drove off at high speeds and led officials on a chase.
Quinones turned onto Shirland Avenue from Hackett Street at the state line and tried to pass vehicles in a no-passing zone into oncoming traffic, the release said. ....
