Elgin Community College will hold three virtual ceremonies for the spring 2021 graduating classes. Students are assigned to the graduation ceremony based on the credentials earned. ECC retains Moody's Aaa credit rating   Posted1/18/2021 7:23 PM Elgin Community College maintained its Aaa credit rating according to Moody's Investor Services, the highest rating attainable among municipal entities and one of the few Illinois Community College Districts to achieve the prestigious credit mark.
