LANCASTER - In an effort to bring more affordable housing to the city, Lancaster City Council is examining ordinances to change building codes. The ordinance was introduced at the beginning of February. If approved, it would permit triplex homes, one building with three separate family units, within the community reinvestment area approved by council in June 2019.
