Nevada added 7,700 jobs in July, with employment having fully recovered the jobs lost in the pandemic, and is now up 12,200 jobs since February 2020, according to the state's Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation’s July 2022 economic report.
Nevada’s unemployment rate in March didn’t budge from the previous month, remaining at 5.5 percent.
According to the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation’s March 2023 economic report, Nevada gained 2,600 jobs over the month. The number of jobs in the state is up 73,000 since March 2022, an annual increase of 5.0 percent.
