Norma R. Bunting – Albion

96 year old Albion resident, Norma R. Bunting passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Meadowbrook Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Grayville, IL. Norma was born October 9, 1925 to Edgar and Edna M. (Smith) Roosevelt in Albion, IL. She married Dean I. Bunting on November 25, 1942. He preceded her in death March 5, 2000. Norma was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. She is survived by her daughter in law, Sandy Bunting of Albion, IL, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, one daughter, one grandson and a brother. Funeral services for Norma R. Bunting will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2022 at Nale's Funeral Home in Albion, IL with Brother David Shain officiating. Visitation will be Friday, 10:00 a.m. until time of the service. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Albion. Memorials can be made to the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church and will be accepted at Nale's. Fond memories an ....

.- The American Radio Archives, one of the world’s largest and most valuable collections of radio broadcasting will soon become part of the UC Santa Barbara Library’s Department of Special Collections.
Established by the Thousand Oaks Library Foundation (TOLF) in 1984, the archive is one of the first in the state and includes original recordings of Winston Churchill, as well as broadcast photographs, radio and television scripts, books and film dated as early as 1922. ....
