Kris Jenner's former bodyguard Marc McWilliams has dismissed his sexual harassment lawsuit against the momager and Kourtney Kardashian after a three-year battle.

Marc McWilliams, 47, who worked for Kardashian-Jenner clan from 2017-2019,  accused the matriarch of sexual harassment as well as sexual assault and battery.

At a status hearing on Friday - exactly 12 months after Kris Jenner and Marc McWilliams were given a year to settle their case privately - admitted that they are yet to go through the arbitration process.
