Cedar Crest plans campus-wide expansion
April 1, 2021 Cedar Crest in Janesville announces an upcoming campus-wide expansion. CEO David Tanck said in a press release that the first phase of the expansion will include 30 villas, a clubhouse and a pier next to walking trails. The senior-living community plans to add another 24 apartments with larger, open-concept floorplans connected to the existing Waterford Place building. A new four-story, community-based residential facility will also provide new assisted living and memory care units. Cedar Crest plans to have the expansion ready for occupancy in 2023.
