Swindon Magistrates' Court POLICE uncovered stolen dogs and a litter of five Springer Spaniel puppies within hours of their disappearance from a South Gloucestershire breeder, Swindon magistrates heard. Breeder David Templar was said to have discovered the theft of English Springer Spaniel Peggy, who had hours earlier given birth to a litter of five pups, and heavily pregnant Labrador Cluedo on Wednesday evening.
