Scioto Valley Guardian Their mission was to place a special commemorative marker at the gravesite of Nathaniel Willis, a participant in the Boston Tea Party. The marker is the 124th plaque to be placed at the gravesites of known Boston Tea Party participants and the only one in Ohio.
