Park in Hove to receive second colourful mural this summer
A COLOURFUL new mural has been commissioned to be painted after the success of a similar event last year. The mural is part of work to rejuvenate an electricity sub-station on the northwest corner of Wish Park, Hove. Last year Hove resident David Wicken, 65, and the Red Herring artist group decorated the east-facing wall with the first Wish Park mural which depicts the history of the park. That design included the rumoured Victorian circus elephant buried somewhere on the grassy lawns.
