According to court documents, attorney Gregory Ronald Anderson created large fake liabilities -- including a bogus $608,000 lawsuit and a bogus $240,000 loan -- to create the appearance that his client was insolvent when, in fact, the client could easily have paid all of his creditors: The client owned $100,000 in gold coins; had $686,000 on deposit in bank accounts for two companies; and had $455,484 in uncashed checks.
