The hotel group’s donation goes toward the trust’s $3.5 million campaign, which aims to complete a 10-home affordable housing neighborhood on Bar Harbor’s outskirts and to advance other programs.
Witham Family Hotels Charitable Fund was established in 2017 to carry on the philanthropic legacy of hotelier David J. Witham.
