A Warren County jury has indicted a Middletown man on attempted murder of law enforcement charges in connection with an August 31 pursuit that ended with an officer and suspect shot.
Christopher James Hubbard has been charged with three counts of attempted aggravated murder of a law enforcement officer, assaulting a police dog, three counts of felonious assault, failure to comply with a police officer order and three weapons charges, according to the release. ....
