A Warren County jury has indicted a Middletown man on attempted murder of law enforcement charges in connection with an August 31 pursuit that ended with an officer and suspect shot.
Christopher James Hubbard has been charged with three counts of attempted aggravated murder of a law enforcement officer, assaulting a police dog, three counts of felonious assault, failure to comply with a police officer order and three weapons charges, according to the release. ....

A 36-year-old Middletown, Ohio, man has now been indicted in connection to the August shooting of a police officer. Christopher James Hubbard has been indicted on 11 counts, including three counts of attempted aggravated murder of a law enforcement officer. He has also been indicted on charges of felonious assault, failure to comply, having weapons under disability, improperly handling a firearm inside of a motor vehicle and assaulting a police dog. The charges stem from the Aug. 31 shooting of Middletown Police Officer Denny Jordan. Investigators said it started with agents trying to pull Hubbard over for drug charges as he drove from Middletown in Fairfield Township.He refused to stop, leading police on ....
