Christopher James Hubbard has been indicted on 11 counts, including three counts of attempted aggravated murder of a law enforcement officer. He has also been indicted on charges of felonious assault, failure to comply, having weapons under disability, improperly handling a firearm inside of a motor vehicle and assaulting a police dog. The charges stem from the Aug. 31 shooting of Middletown Police Officer Denny Jordan. Investigators said it started with agents trying to pull Hubbard over for drug charges as he drove from Middletown in Fairfield Township.He refused to stop, leading police on ....
