Staff report PORT CLINTON - A man who led police on a multi-county high-speed chase and a man who attempted to pay a woman for sex are among those newly indicted in Ottawa County. Following a recent grand jury session, 11 people were indicted, ranging in charges from possession of drug paraphernalia to brandishing a gun during a road rage incident.
