T&T con­tin­ues to lose mil­lions an­nu­al­ly due to il­lic­it trade, and de­spite Gov­ern­ment’s ef­forts to tack­le this scourge, there still re­mains lack of en­force­ment and porous bor­ders which fa­cil­i­tate the ne­far­i­ous ac­tiv­i­ty.
