OSHA investigating after six killed by tornado at Amazon facility

Thomas/Getty Images(EDWARDSVILLE, Ill.) -- The Occupational Health and Safety Administration has launched an investigation into the collapse of an Amazon delivery station in Edwardsville, Illinois, that left six people dead after a tornado pummeled the facility during the height of the busy holiday shopping season.
