Marion man faces murder charges
April 21, 2021 A Marion was arrested this week and is facing charges stemming from a 2020 murder. According to Marion Police Department Deputy Chief Stephen Dorsey, 29-year-old Cody Hickman has been charged with Murder, Felony Murder, robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, a Level 2 Felony, Battery By Means a deadly weapon, a Level 5 Felony, and Battery Resulting in Moderate Bodily Injury, a Level 6 Felony.
