Oscars critics question who will tune in for the unique Academy Awards ceremony on April 25 which was pushed back from a Feb. 28 date amid the COVID-19 pandemic.  The 93rd annual Academy Awards will proceed without a host to lead events throughout the evening which will be partially broadcast in-person from Union Station with another component to take place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. NEW YORK – George Bradley used to love watching the Academy Awards. The 28-year-old Brit now living in San Diego would stay up late back home just to tune in.
