PREMIUM Dr Ronald Baxter, who has funded a scholarship run by UWS to improve dementia support for families. A SCOTS doctor’s efforts to improve end-of-life dementia care will be recognised by a new university scholarship, that is being launched today in her honour. Dr Wendy Baxter nursed her father through dementia before she was diagnosed with the disease that had also claimed her mother’s life.
