and why the republican leaders are raising red flags 82 days away from the midterm elections. candidate qualities has lots to do with the outcome. all in starts right now. good evening from new york, i m chris hayes. there s a bunch of legal news surrounding donald trump today as there is seemingly every day, these days. none of it particularly good for the ex president. first up today, a federal judge in west palm beach says he will consider releasing some of the affidavits central to last week search of trump s florida. property judge bruce reinhardt ordered the justice departments to submit a redacted version of the document that will not undermine its ongoing investigation. then he will decide one week whether to make that version of the document public. we will have more on that. while we are long way from potential criminal charges from the ex president, let alone conviction, we already have trump s former lawyer publicly speculating about him running for a ....

known land animals. palaeontologists say the reptile was about 12 metres tall about 39 feet and 25 metres or 82 feet long. well a little earlier my colleague joanna gosling spoke about the discovery to dr sally reynolds. she heads the institute for studies of landscape and human evolution at bournemouth university, and specialises in mammal palaeontology. it s such a wonderful discovery, it means that there may actually be more of this very large dinosaur waiting in this back garden in portugal to be discovered. why would it have taken so long to get to this stage of the excavation? because the initial remains were spotted in 2017? yes. i assume what the landowner days was the right thing, was to call in the help of a local university or museum team to come out and have a look. i suppose at that point they had to decide how to proceed, get experts together, then covid happened and i suspect they have onlyjust now had a chance to do one or two mac years of excavation ....

it is a bank holiday for some others, not in scotland, but england, wales and northern ireland. it will be mostly dry and with that, we will see spells of sunshine. there is the chance of one or two showers, but they are the exception rather than the rule. you will notice an increasingly brisk breeze in eastern and southern parts into sunday and monday. this afternoon, we have got showers, heavy once in south west scotland. some of the parts of northern ireland, wales, the south west. elsewhere, mainly fine, some spells of sunshine, fresher than earlier in the week. temperatures between 16 and 2a degrees. quite a cool fresh night tonight. one or two mist and fog patches. showers continuing through parts of north wales into northern england. most places dry, 8 or 9 degrees in glasgow, belfast. there could be the odd mist patch to start tomorrow morning but, for the most part, decent start to the day with spells of sunshine. through the day, we see some showers are poppin ....
