Kaitlin Armstrong was legally allowed to leave the country after her initial interview in the death of 'Mo' Wilson, an Austin detective testified Wednesday.
'Law enforcement's theory...they had decided that Kaitlin Armstrong was a crazy jealous person that within a fit of rage murdered Ms. Wilson,' Attorney Rick Cofer said.
