Punjab Government has constituted a Punjab High Powered Investment Committee (HPIC) to encourage NRIs for investing in the state.

Chandigarh: Punjab Government has constituted a Punjab High Powered Investment Committee (HPIC) to encourage NRIs for investing in the state. The decision to form the committee was taken during a meeting presided over by NRI Affairs Minister Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi.
Disclosing this here today, Rana Sodhi said that it was decided after the Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh has suggested to constitute a committee to persuade NRIs for investing in the industrial and other sectors in the state and to facilitate investment process for them. ....
