Russian troops killed two Ukrainian soldiers who surrendered as prisoners of war (POW) in Donetsk Oblast, the Strategic Communications Directorate of Ukraine’s Armed Forces confirmed on the evening of Dec. 2.
Ukraine's Armed Forces have been examining a video of Russian occupiers shooting some Ukrainian soldiers who had surrendered at a location believed to be near the settlement of Stepove, near Avdiivka, in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
