Detailed plans for almost 370 new homes in Deeside have been backed for approval as part of a £40m development.

PROPOSALS for nearly 400 new homes have been submitted for Deeside in latest £40m development. The proposals for the 30-acre site at The Airfields are for 368 new homes, including affordable homes, public open space and play areas, and will breathe new life into the former RAF Sealand site. It is estimated the project, by Anwyl Homes and Bellway, will create almost 100 full-time construction jobs during the five-year build and support a further 135 jobs within the local supply chain.
