New lawsuit accuses fertility doctor of hiding assets to avoid $2.2 million judgment
An earlier legal action alleged that John Boyd Coates III used his own sperm to impregnate a woman, despite telling her that the donor was an unnamed medical student. A judgment has since been entered in that case against the now-retired doctor for $2.2 million.
