JOSELYN KING Staff Writer WEIRTON — Delegate Patrick McGeehan says he will introduce legislation this session to limit the emergency powers of West Virginia’s governor. Other Northern Panhandle legislators in the House and Senate — both Democrat and Republican — say the passage of such a bill is needed. Restrictions placed by Gov. Jim Justice this year in response to COVID-19 concerns in the state have McGeehan, R-Hancock, concerned.
