Alleged Hawaii crime lord Michael J. Miske Jr. will stand trial alone after the last of his alleged co-conspirators entered into a plea agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice.
Chief U.S. District Judge Derrick K. Watson granted a request to move the start date of Michael J. Miske Jr.’s trial from Sept. 11 to sometime in January. The U.S. Department of Justice had opposed pushing the trial’s start date into 2024.
A year before Mike Miske blamed Jonathan Fraser for the fatal car accident that killed Miske's son, he had Fraser beaten for stealing a gold Rolex, the agreement says. Miske is accused of later ordering Fraser's murder.
