obviously after we saw that scare with cargo planes, we all start to ask the question, are there loopholes with cargo planes. with the mail, i don't know if this was u.s. mail delivery or u.p.s. or other source of delivery, you always think about how these packages present weaknesses in our effort to keep people safe. >> well, we also just had a series of letter and package bomb explosions in europe and greece and italy linked back to an an ar kist group. i doubt that's the case here but the reminder in the mail delivery system and any type of package delivery system, screening is very, very difficult. think back to 2001 when we had the anthrax scare and what the u.s. government went through in trying to screen packages then. very, very difficult to come up with a process that makes a lot of sense.
