Target in Barboursville remains closed | News | herald-dispatch.com
One resident in the Meadowcreek subdivison said she does have some concern regarding the hill slip behind the Target at Merritt Creek Farm shopping center in Barboursville. The slip caused a water leak, which caused issues for the store's foundation. It was closed last week and remains closed while the slip is fixed, officials said.
