Cucumbers shipped to 14 states, including Tennessee have been recalled due to the potential of Salmonella contamination.
The recalled vegetables were shipped in bulk cartons, are dark green, approximately 1.5 - 2 inches in diameter and 5 to 9 inches long, Fresh Start Produce said.
The company behind the recall says that while it's unlikely that the potentially contaminated cucumbers can still be found in stores, there's still a chance, and they advice throwing them out or returning to the place of purchase for a refund.
