Study examines the accuracy and reliability of virtual cognitive assessments for diagnosing dementia
Virtual care provided through telephone or videoconference has been broadly implemented in recent months because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
A new analysis of published studies has examined the accuracy and reliability of virtual compared with in-person cognitive assessments for diagnosing dementia or mild cognitive impairment.
Related Stories
The analysis, which is published in the
Journal of the American Geriatrics Society, included 121 studies. Three studies comparing videoconference with in-person cognitive assessments demonstrated good reliability and accuracy of virtual cognitive assessments in diagnosing dementia. Investigators did not identify any studies comparing telephone with in-person cognitive assessments.

The younger the age at diagnosis for Type 2 diabetes, the higher the risk for Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia years later.
Type 2 diabetes is a chronic, progressive illness that can have
devastating complications, including hearing loss, blindness, heart disease, stroke, kidney failure and vascular damage so severe as to require limb amputation. Now a new study underscores the toll that diabetes may take on the brain. It found that Type 2 diabetes is linked to an increased risk for Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia later in life, and the younger the age at which diabetes is diagnosed, the greater the risk.

The bombshell revelation will be discussed in an upcoming BBC documentary. Per The Sun's report, Jamie made the claim to explain the purpose of the conservatorship when filing the paperwork in 2008. According to journalist Mobeen Azhar, Jamie ticked a box saying it related to "dementia placement or treatment."

DIRTY VACCINES 101: Dangerous mRNA Covid inoculations explained in laymen's terms for concerned people to understand

Card image cap

https://www.afinalwarning.com/515112.html
(Natural News)
Vaccines are a very insidious way to attack humans and their immune systems because most people cannot even begin to understand the science behind the manufacturing of these biological warfare inoculations. It’s hard to question the science when you wouldn’t even understand the answers given, and scientists and doctors know this. Yet, if you knew exactly what the mRNA vaccines are capable of, you wouldn’t just think twice about getting any new vaccines, you would simply say, “no way.”
First, understand the value of “encoded protein molecules”
Back in 2008, some doctors translated what it means for cells to convert DNA into working proteins, a process they described as a “decoding of instructions” for making proteins, which involves mRNA transcriptions. The workhorses of the human cell are encoded protein molecules that help the body metabolize nutrients, meaning they are life-sustaining chemical reactions that convert food to energy and eliminate metabolic waste. In other words, encoded protein molecules are carrying out functions necessary for all human life, and that’s what the vaccine technology is manipulating.

Three members of a Colorado police department have resigned after they arrested and booked a 73-year-old woman with dementia who was thrown to the ground and handcuffed after she was suspected of shoplifting, officials said on Friday.
The woman, Karen Garner, was pinned against a squad car, and her arm was twisted behind her back, breaking a bone and dislocating her shoulder during the roadside arrest in Loveland, Colo., last June, a lawsuit says.

Researchers develop novel algorithm for the diagnostics of dementia
Apr 30 2021
Researchers from the University of Eastern Finland and the University of Oulu in collaboration with an international team have created a new diagnostic biomarker-based algorithm for the diagnostics of dementia. The team is led by Professor Barbara Borroni from the University of Brescia, Italy. The article was published in the
Diagnostics journal.

The accurate diagnosis of different types of dementia is frequently complicated and often cannot be set at the early phases of the disease due to the lack of practical and specific diagnostic tools. In addition, the clinical symptoms of patients with various neurodegenerative diseases often overlap and thus, the accurate diagnosis is not always possible.

All American institutions are now wholly ‘owned’ by globalist billionaires who have no loyalty to their country or their fellow citizens; only to profits and control at all costs.
Big Tech — Google, YouTube, Amazon, Facebook, Twitter — have all gotten so big they literally control the flow of information that Americans can see. Study after study has proven as much, and there is no more eminent researcher in this field than Dr. Robert Epstein.
“Google and similar companies like Facebook are completely unregulated in the United States, so they can do whatever they please,” he said in 2019.

Diabetes, Dementia, and Age: What's the Link?

Younger age at onset of diabetes could be bad news for brain health, a longitudinal British population-based study suggested.
Patients who had type 2 diabetes for over a decade had more than a twofold higher risk for developing dementia compared with those who were diabetes-free at age 70 (HR 2.12, 95% CI 1.50-3.00), reported Archana Singh-Manoux, PhD, of the Université de Paris in France, and colleagues.
At age 70, every additional 5 years younger that a person was diagnosed with diabetes was tied to a 24% (HR 1.24, 95% CI 1.06-1.46) increased risk of incident dementia, even after adjustment for sociodemographic, health-related, and clinical factors including cardiovascular disease, hypertension, body mass index, and use of antidepressant or cardiovascular medications, among others, they noted in
