SAN DIEGO A candlelight vigil for a former NFL player killed by San Diego Police Department officers over 20 years ago is planned this weekend in the area where he was shot to death. The event in remembrance of Demetrius DuBose is scheduled at Little Sam’s Market in Mission Beach at 8 p.m. on Saturday - the 22nd anniversary of his death.   ....
