Essential magic of the new way or the new style of governing by this prime minister for this country. well he s trying to project an aspect of democratization where you can speak out and get whatever you want is a citizen and he s trying to do that with a simple saddam or a friend i m well at the challenge that he made have is that we used such giving people what they should ask them to also other people what we re interested demanding and already we know that he s facing ethnic contention within different parts and during his film and just within a few years of the one and a half years we have seen more of nick tension coming up so if the saddam the people get what they want yes he will win in terms of democracy or projecting democracy but whether you ll be able to sustain that is another is another story then he will be should be able to put strategies to ensure that what people demand should be able to given to them in a strategic way in a way that will not trigger ethnic tension or ....

A 0 times they ve said they did not want violence all that want to do is do this peacefully but at the end of the day we are seeing a situation whereby if the managed to get their friend and get it right then we have about 10 out of cutting ethnic groups within that same region who have been talking about autonomy so it might open up i mean a box of demands from other regional government i mean from other groups that would want to bring out autonomy how that will be easy for the government is also another question and probably from that we might see some friction between the government and the other the other ethnic groups in the government says it doesn t have money because your friend takes money or it is the government asks them to wait and all this is happening before elections in so anything small might really trigger something really really tragic or ok i mean there is of course the factor that prime minister may have granted at this referendum so to say is this can we call this ....

A way right i mean that s the holy grail of transition studies. that s no guarantee for success but those cases that have proven successful transitional countries to make their way to the democratization of tomorrow open and more liberal systems of society or post conflict countries such as lebanon are iraq. dialogue basically and round tables and bringing the stakeholders to the table and not only those with the guns basically has proven like a relatively successful recipe to to maybe maybe a conflict and to keep it keep it peaceful and let exclusion never works on the long run it might work for the time that repression recession actually remarks we were remarkably well for a certain time but that might backfire on the long run so these exclusion i don t have much hope that wherever people are excluded that this will be sustained and rick what doe what role does leadership play in all this i ve seen you know one ....

But those 25 really cared about it and saw ukraine s transition to greater success as the crucial work on the european continent for the democratization and liberalization in their time. and the idea that these 25 people and kurt volker is one of them who care so much about this project, 50 million people. in the month of september, when the arms were delayed, 50 ukrainian soldiers killed or wounded. this is not abstract. these are lives that are being sacrificed by president trump s campaign. and these people have to deal with, like you say, the likes of rudy giuliani. and zelensky is so wounded by this that now he is being pushed to capitulate in the invasion of crimea and legitimize it. and we shouldn t forget mike pence in all of this before we end. gregor er greg sargent has a timeline there when it was being shouted from the rooftops by giuliani and we all this other stuff going on is ludicrous. surely as we get more and ....
