Former Penn State Smeal, IST dean and longtime professor Jim Thomas retires
James B. "Jim" Thomas, William Elliott Professor of Risk and Management, is retiring this year after nearly 36 years at the University, including serving as dean of two colleges — the College of Information Sciences and Technology and the Smeal College of Business.
