BU Director of Athletics Patrick Elliott Is Stepping Down Patrick Elliott, Binghamton University Director of Athletics will be leaving his position at the end of June after nine years of service. According to a message from Binghamton University President Harvey Stenger, Elliott has decided to leave the position to send more time with his sons.
